Power Protein Pancakes

This comes from Lovely Holly's Father. Facts and figures are 2nd hand so you might want to compute calories, protein etc yourself.

1 cup powdered egg whites
3/4 cup dried oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 TB milk
1/2 ts vanilla

Blend in blender until it becomes batter consistency.

Cook on griddle or skillet like any other pancake.

Makes roughly 6 large pancakes with approx 70g of protein. (Not recommended as one serving!)
