I'm going to attribute it to the time of year but getting back on track seems to be the most common theme these days. My "cravings" are so out of control they pretty much rule my every waking thought. Karen and Holly shared with me a program called the "5 day pouch test". They've done it before and don't for one freaking second think it's easy. It's a very restrictive specific diet for 5 days. The big PLUS side of it is that it "should" break the carb cycle of cravings. I'm doing it starting Monday Feb 1st. A couple others are as well and I'll let them name names if they choose. At Thursday's meeting Susan shared her "Food Journal". EVERYTHING you eat goes in the journal. If you're going to cheat don't bother but Susan said that if you're consciencious about it, it really helps. OKAY, I'm adding a journal to my 5 day pouch test. Anybody else interested? I know Holly or Karen would happily share the info about it as will I.
