Was glad I was able to make it to last nights meeting...first one I have been to in way too long...Got good feedback...and as of this morning Friday....I am going back to the basics of our diet and starting from there...I have allowed myself for way too long to make excuses and always say "yeah, but" and I just can't do it anymore...I am 2 yrs out and am not where I should be...I know this time around it's going to be harder to lose, but I HAVE to do it and it's not I am going to try, it's a "I am doing this"...Will keep everyone posted...You guys rock!!!
