Anyone else dealing with depression?

Hey everyone....
I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with depression...I have just been so discouraged with the progress I am not making...I know alot is what I am eating and not how much...I am barely eating 3 meals a day..I am lucky if I eat 2, and my portions are what they should be...I have just been so "down" lately and just can't get out of this funk...Anyone have and advice or wisdom??

Dawn, Yes, I have been dealing with emotional issues around losing weight and among them has been some sadness and depression. I think it is part and parcel with any major life changes for me, and surgery and the resulting loss are certainly life changing. I am seeking the help of a professional for my issues and know that when my emotions get overwhelming, then I need that help. I would simply say to you ... seek that help if you need it. OR Call someone on the list (even me) if you need a open heart and sympathetic ear in the mien time. That is why we are here.
