Major surgery, rapid weight loss & changes in your eating habits can all produce stress on your body. Thinning hair can be a natural reaction to this stress in many individuals. When this happens, it usually occurs 3 to 5 months after surgery.

REMEMBER THAT ANY HAIR THINNING IS TEMPORARY! No one ever lost all of his or her hair, & in most cases it is only noticeable to the individual. As your hair starts to grow back, usually in 2 to 3 months, it may be thicker than before.

YOU CAN MINIMIZE ANY HAIR THINNING BY TAKING THE RECOMMENDED VITAMIN/MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS & MAKING SURE YOU GET ENOUGH PROTEIN EACH DAY!

You may be able to speed hair growth by taking additional zinc & B Complex. Zinc is available in tablet or capsule form as zinc sulfate. Up to 45 mg may be taken daily. Vitamin B Complex should have 100-200% of the U.S. RDA. Tablets should be broken up so they are no larger than the size of an "M&M". (REMEMBER THE PILL TEST: DROP A PILL IN SOME TEPID WATER. IF IT DISSOLVES WITHIN 20 MINUTES, IT'S OK TO TAKE. DUE TO OUR CHANGED ANATOMY, IF A PILL DOESN'T PASS THIS TEST, IT WILL COME OUT LOOKING THE SAME WAY AS IT DID GOING INTO YOUR BODY. ZERO BENEFIT!)

There is another product, "HAIR-SKIN-NAILS" (Walmart), when taken for 6 months has also been a benefit to some.

Good luck on your journey...
