Thursday night meeting

1 Thursday night meeting on Sun Sep 19, 2010 12:27 am

I enojoyed the meeting very much. It is always so nice visiting with everyone. I think our goal setting is a great idea. I am continuing my 5 days a week exercise program. Curves 3 days and walking, jogging or Ab Lounger on my off days. Mind hunger is terrible beast.

For those of you who are just getting started with weight loss surgery, my advise to you is: don't expermint with naughty foods. Once you let that beast out of bag (carbs & junk) it is very hard to cage it again. Even if you tell yourself it is just a little of this or a little of that, believe me 5lbs comes back real quick and it does not come off as easy as it comes on.

You are right Susan. Once you allow those snacks and little bite of this and that can really set you back. It is so easy to put on 5 or 10 pounds. I think the goal setting is a great idea. It helps you keep focused. Very Happy
