I'm so frustrated. I'm busting my butt to work out and the scale is not moving. Here's my routeen: Zumba 4x week, conditioning class 2x week, and running 3x week. Still no movement. I only recently added the running. I'm on week 8 of a 9 week 5K conditioning program. But I would have sworn that that would have jumped my body into lose mode. Apparently not.
