I hope everyone is welcome here and can offer some info up and I hope there are others that can be receptive of the knowledge.
Huge rule: Be polite. Remember that there's a real person on the other side of whatever you say. We all take stuff differently, especially if it's in text form. So when writing, remember that. When reading, remember that. The content is what matters, not context.
Huge Rule 2: We are all only people on the internet. If you got something serious happening, don't wait around for someone to respond on here. Go take care of yourself. I know we shouldn't have to say this, but for real, I've seen people in other forums just ask a question like "oh i'm feeling lightheaded and keep passing out while at work. I drink about 2 glasses of water a day and don't eat so I can lose more quicker. Can anyone help me with my dizziness?" SERIOUSLY...
