So it's Bike to Work week....

Of course, I had to be the leader for my department.

We ended up having 8 people from the department bicycle to work today.

So at the end of the week, we ended up having a total of over 400 miles between 11 folks from my department. The awesome part to me... that's like a 23% participation rate. Wow!

So excited to be around people that will take that extra challenge.

Makes you think to yourself . o O ( What have I done for exercise today? )

So I'm working on new routes I can take to and from work.

My current route takes me out of the way, but it gives me a solid 10 miles each way, so I can work in 20 miles a day. That equates to about 90 minutes of cardio a day (usually is 40-45 minutes pedaling time).

I really need to do some weight training though. More than I do anyway. lol! I move around some weights in the garage, but I need to get in the gym and make my new focus being a gym rat....
