Stressed and not sure what to do

well I am not sure what to write, but I know I need to write...I am so stressed out that it seems everything I eat or just my water is making me nauseated and wanting to throw up...Not too sure as what to do...I am also still getting really "dry mouth" and I have stopped taking the allergy pill so I am not sure if that is what was causing it before. I am getting about 80 oz of water in during the day, some days more and still get the dry mouth..Has anyone else had this problem..to me it seems the more water I drink the drier my mouth gets...

I've not had the dry mouth that often. Something you might wanna try though.. what kinda water do you drink? All water isn't created equal. I feel I'm some what of an expert now on water just because I've had to try all kinds. I really like Arrowhead, while other's don't. It seems that if the bottle says anything about them adding in minerals or vitamins, then it has this metallic taste to it. These also leave me with a dry mouth type feeling. Is that maybe the cause?

Otherwise, go see the doc or nut.

Because of drinking so much water, I have a brita picture with a filter..our water in Burney sucks..if not that I drink Smartwater, and it's mostly the filtered water that gives me the problems..I will have to try something else...might just have to break down and start buying bottled again

Dawn , how are your Blood sugars if your high that could give you dry mouth as well. Laura

Sometimes they are simi high and other times they are actually low....I have switched back to drinking bottle and it's gotten a little better. I have been using a brita water pitcher with a filter in it, and since I stopped using that water I haven't had the dry mouth so bad..
