1 8oz. package Shirataki Noodles*
Onion
Garlic
Chicken
Broccoli Slaw or similar veggies
Bean Sprouts
Soy Sauce
Stir Fry Sauce
Salt and Pepper.
The noodles come in liquid. Drain and rinse and dry on towels.
Cook onion and garlic. Salt and pepper chicken add to onion and garlic cooking until almost cooked through, add veggies and sprouts. Add soy sauce and stir fry sauce to taste.
