1 Exercise Challenge on Sat Nov 21, 2009 10:51 pm

I have talked about Curves before with you all at support Group. As this time of the year it is especially hard so we are going to have a challenge.
Not only are we working out 3 times a week at Curves but on the off days we are going to continue to work out with Walking, bicycling, home exercise equipment etc. At least 30 minutes a day or longer. The goal is not to gain any weight over the holidays.

Join me in this challenge and we can all have great holidays and be proud of ourselves too. Work out everyday for 30 minutes or more

I notice you didn't get a lot of response to this. In my opinion this is our weakest link that we need to work on. Is "Curves" a coed environment? I belong to Sun Oaks. I know it's coed and has a pool and every other type convenience. They have several in place programs or so I hear since I have belonged for several years and not actually gone in there. . .

Curves is only for Women. It is a good program because it only takes 30 minutes for each work out. I make myself go even if I don't feel like . I know once you start making excuses it is the first thing to go. this weekend it was so nice I started walking & jogging again. Really enjoyed being out in the sunshine.
