Spring has finally begun. This is a great time to come to the Thursday night meetings. If you haven't been for a while come and join us. I have really enjoyed my daily walks this past week. It feels so good to be able to take my 15 minute break at work and go for a nice brisk walk without freezing.
It has been a long winter with lots of rain and very cold days. I don't know about the rest of you but I have had cabin fever. I have tried to stay active by going to Curves and Zumba but it is not the same as outdoor activites.
