Things are all set i lost my 21 lbs and my surgery is the 28th i have to be there at 5:30 am the next hurdle is the 10 day liquid diet!!

where are you having your surgery? Did you have to go through Dr Ludwig & Simchuk? My friend Kim works for the Chico program..Glad you got your surgery date....Keep me posted if your in Chico I will be down that way around the same time..
