Maintenance Group will meet at SRMC on the 4th Saturday of the month in room 161 (across the hall from Joanne's office) at 10am.
This is a group for those who have met their
weight loss goal (or are 10 lbs. from it).
It is a casual setting to discuss issues of
maintaining the weight we are at now and keeping it off.
Please pass the meeting info. on to other WLS patients
who are at this stage (or those who have lost the weight
and some has crept back on). We also want to encourage those who
are years out and have been successfull at keeping it
off - ask them to come share their success secrets with us!
