Well if you were wondering about Lin, Dave, Sue, Sandi, Ladora, Tammy, Suyapa, Dorothy, Rich, Val, Norm, Susie or Mike you should have been there tonight because we were ALL there tonight! What a great meeting with lots of newbies and not so newbies. We covered a lot of new stuff and reviewed a lot of basics. Time flew by so fast we finally just had to say enough at 7:15. We had people at goal and people still working to get there and people that had put on some weight and were getting back into the swing of things. If you are at any level of surgical weight loss from considering it to being many years out you will do yourself a real favor by making a meeting. We meet every Thursday at 5:30pm at the lower level Wellness center at Shasta Regional Medical Center. EVERYONE is welcome!
